We have a very similar photo--essentially teh same backdrop, but two of what I think are relatives in the photo shaking hands just as yours does. however, the saloon-set up is just enough different that you can tell the photography outfit had more than one of these he used. I suspect it was taken somewhere in WVA in the 1930s
