In 1948 Olle Eksell created this cover for a Swedish literary magazine called "utsikt". The style is very much like some you'll find in Alvin Lustig's works I think. I haven't found proof of it but could Eksell been a student of Lustig's? He studied in LA after the war and Lustig taught there at the time...
