Blogger: Problem

Have you noticed that new Blogger is slower when it comes to showing the images on your (or my) blog? Or is it just me and my machine?? :(

I noticed! And as a matter of fact I suspected there would be some problems with the images. I read Blogger Status from time to time and there have been several messages about problems displaying images on the new blogger. I just hope they will work it out soon.

Good to know I'm not alone out there. Thanks for telling me, mr DF. And let's hope they get it right.

I have been having some problems too with the images.
As we are on that subject, is there anyway of disabling the images from our profiles on the comments that we make or add?

I see a section under the edit profile something about show images under comments, I had selected NO, and after saving and entering a test post the profile image was still showing.

The only other way for sure is to completely remove the link for the picture, but doing this removes it from the blog's front page.

Any ideas?

Hm. Do the last you said and put another pic on your blog's front page via imageshack or something and link the image as you wish...? But it's strange I must say that it doesn't work the first way!

"I see a section under the edit profile something about show images under comments, I had selected NO, and after saving and entering a test post the profile image was still showing." I tried it to and it worked for me. But I'm turning it on again.

sometimes my images just disappear from posts + i have to upload them again + they usually stay once they're uploaded a second time.

P-E Fronning,
I am trying to understand when you say "I had selected NO, and after saving and entering a test post the profile image was still showing." I tried it to and it worked for me" but if it worked for you then why was the image still showing?

I tried it by removing the picture and selecting NO and it works, but it only works if I remove the picture completely from my profile.

Mom: We live in mysterious times.

Old Vinyl: If you need the image in your profil it seems undoable. I guess you can't have the cookie and eat it, or something.
