Vintage Ladies and Other Stuff

Here's a collection of postcards. There are vintage ladies - I'm not referring to elderly people but they would be if they are alive today - some nudes (NSFW), some movie stars and some other ladies. Then there are postcards of cute cats, some cartoons and Drew Barrymore (!)

You also get your doodle-a-day.

"My first new download for a while is perhaps my favourite Henry Mancini
soundtrack - Hatari! Listen to Sounds of Hatari and Baby Elephant Walk
for two classic exotica tracks."

Shoulda never gotten married

I don't need to comment on this; but it doesn't bode well for the wife to be.

The Casualties of Jazz

"A rare groove tribute to Black Sabbath"

Oh no! Not another one of those tribute albums! I know, I know, but this is really good. I'm not a big heavy metal fan and not a great fan of Black Sabbath either, so I can't say what someone who is thinks of this; I guess it varies.

A groovy organ dominates "replacing" both original song and guitar. There's a funky and still heavy rhythm section. And finally an upright bass giving it that jazzy feeling. Listen to four of the tracks here.

Why Pie?

A parody on Ingmar Bergman - sort of - or something. Eggs that speak like Cartman in South Park about a pie that is no more. Just really stupid. Why post it? Why look at it? I don't know. Don't do it, I guess. Or do. Whatever.

At Least I Never Played With These

Y
es, you are right - this is a re-post. So what?! More re-posts if they are this good!

I'll Be Hornswoggled!!

I'll be dog-gone!! I did not know that there was a "Big Jim" doll made from the Zeb Macahan character (James Arness also known from Gunsmoke) - the sturdy old trapper with a limp - in the 70s TV series How The West Was Won.

By the way, the series was called Familjen Macahan in Sweden and was extremely popular and then again we didn't have much to choose from in those years.
